I have 3 locations - National US Flag / Ireland / Germany - i don´t want to have US. How can i delete?1 vote
If you select the US keywords and stop tracking them, that will remove that location from the keywords view.
There's no button in my user profile on Serps that allows me to change my password. The password given by my admin is too simple and I want to make it stronger. No place to do that from the UI.1 vote
Hi there! You can update your password to a stronger one here: https://app.serps.com/users/resetpassword
It would be really useful if you could wither set a default location for the entire account or have the option to set this when setting up a new website.via analytics
The keywords you import via analytics are always targeting searches in the US - which means, for those of outside the USA, we need to remove all the keywords, change location and then re-import them again.1 vote
You can now set a default location for your entire account so all new sites will use that to start from. You can also set the default at the site level as well.
I just removed a sitewide footer link for someone, qnd wanted to create a tracking event to correlate changes.
I figured it all out, but when it came time to actually choose the keyword, I was surprised to see my list of 600+ keywords in no particular order. Wow.
If this action, (creating a trackable event specific to a single phrase ranking) was ever going to be useful, then that list really needs to be alphabetical...6 votes
Thanks Scott, this is very doable. I think we might add a filter search box in addition to ordering alphabetically.

It seems slow at times to load the dashboard and keywords sections.3 votes
New servers are fully deployed…and site is fast!
We have a lot of sites we are tracking and scrubbing through the list to find them is a pain. If the sites could be listed in alphabetical order instead of order added, that would be a big help.4 votes
This is now live!
From a team management perspective, it would be really handy for the administrator to have the ability to delete users from the account. For example, if a team member leaves, it's not ideal for them to still have access to client data.5 votes
This is now live inside the settings page.
Having the ability to hide the additional SERPs footer links, phone & copyright from the client view would complete the white labeling of the dashboard and would make us more willing to give our clients their own logins for their data.1 vote
Client accounts currently do not see the phone/copyright on full white-label plans $198/mo +. Are you seeing those elements with a client login?
Just a little thing but it would be great if you could skip all the way to the end page in tests. It take me ages to click through!

I added a “Last” button and increased the number of pages we show. Thanks for the feedback!
I would like to be able to edit the website name info for the Dashboard. We have a lot of sites with various Analytics accounts we don't always control so renaming them there is always possible.4 votes

This will be released early next week! We’re doing a last little bit of testing this week, and it looks awesome! Very easy to use, all our index charts update by tags as well with the update coming out.
I would like to see the ability for the system to emails us the clients that rankings have dropped considerably in the last week. This would allow us to easily identify the clients we need to provide further work for etc12 votes
We are re-enabling a new email system to alert all admins of major rankings shifts on their sites. Should be done this week.
I have created several tests and see no way to delete them.
How do I go about deleting a test?10 votes
You can now delete tests!
Howdy! When I click on the Pages menu, nothing drops down.1 vote
We have several client accounts where we are responsible for their performance across more than one Google locale/TLD. With the current setup we are having to use serps.com to track one locale, then another system to track another locale, because multi-locale rank tracking isn't available in serps.com. We cannot add a client more into serps.com twice to solve this, once for U.S. and once for U.K. for example.2 votes
You can now manually add sites without having to use our analytics importer, so there’s a bit of a better way to do this, but not quite native yet.
So you can add a site as mysite.com with a name of mysite.com – UK and then set that locale in the settings page to UK.
It doesn’t combine the rankings together, but I’m not sure yet how we would do that, but it’s definitely a use case we will consider.
I have 5 locations within the same state I am working with. Some keywords for example rank differently in Phoenix versus Scottsdale. When I got to run a test and attach a keyword, it shows me the same keyword in a list and no location next to it... so how am I supposed to know which one is for which location? Please advise. Thanks3 votes
You can now see details on country and city location settings.
A column between keyword & traffic with volume &/or competition data would be really helpful when discussing keyword choice with our clients, as well as when reporting on keywords.32 votes
This is planned, when we introduce competitor tracking.
We do support local rank tracking for cities in the UK. You can set a location for any keyword now in Google. See more https://serps.com/pages/google-plus-local-rank-tracking
